Status of Quality Assurance System Development
The enterprise has established a comprehensive quality assurance system for pressure vessels, supported by a dedicated manufacturing quality assurance manual. This manual is meticulously drafted in strict accordance with the regulations governing the production of special‑purpose equipment and has been optimized to align with the company’s product processes and production environments. The resulting system features robust standardization, clear implementation, and full traceability, ensuring quality control across every stage—from design through to factory delivery.
Clearly define the quality policy and objectives.
Quality Policy: Customer-centric, quality-driven, innovation-based for growth, and risk-managed through effective governance.
Quality Objectives:
1) Safety Incidents: Zero safety incidents involving our products.
2) Customer Satisfaction: ≥90 points.
3) First‑Pass Inspection Rate: 99%.
Quality Management System Organizational Structure
A quality management system organizational structure has been established, and the “Responsibilities of Each Department and Position” have been formulated, ensuring that responsibilities throughout the design and manufacturing processes are assigned to specific individuals and are fully traceable.
Materials and Procurement Control
Suppliers of critical pressure-bearing components have been surveyed and assessed, and their qualifications have been incorporated into the approved supplier management roster. In addition, clear control procedures have been established for material inspection, issuance, relocation, and storage, with designated responsible personnel conducting regular oversight and inspections; any nonconformities are promptly rectified.
Design Control
A pressure vessel design system has been established, with clearly defined responsibilities for all personnel. Design drawings are prepared in accordance with the system’s requirements, and a rigorous review and approval process is strictly enforced. The drawings are scrutinized by the quality assurance engineer, as well as by the responsible engineers for process, materials, and welding, ensuring that the designs are complete and manufacturable.
Process Control
In addition to developing a general process specification for pressure vessel fabrication, dedicated process documentation and welding procedures were established for the prototype equipment, clearly defining manufacturing requirements and ensuring product quality.
